            Game Nightz is situated on the North East portion of the Mall Loop around Metrocenter.  The Mall is just west of the I-17 (Black Canyon) Freeway between Peoria Avenue and Dunlap Avenue, Game Nightz is between Olive Garden and Metro Sports in the old Dahle's Big & Tall store.

What are your Hours of Operation?

     Game Nightz is open:

         Mondays thru Thursdays 10am - 10pm
         Fridays 10am - ?
         Saturdays 10am – 12am
         Sundays 10am – 6pm.
         Holiday Hours Vary
         Closed: Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas

How fast are orders processed?


     Most orders are processed within twenty-four hours of payment confirmation.

 
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
 

     Game Nightz ships all orders out using FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Customers may choose the service and delivery times at time of Checkout.


How are Shipping and Postage rates calculated?

     Game Nightz will use the latest posted rates based on the shipping method chosen and the packaging required to send out your order. We do not add any additional fees for “Handling. “


How can I get FREE Shipping?

 
     Most orders receive Free Shipping at the $100.00 merchandise mark. Some items are so large or bulky, however, that Free Shipping is not an option. These items will be indicated in the product descriptions.


How does the In-Store Pickup option work?

 
     Orders may be picked up at the store during regular business hours. Game Nightz usually requires a 24-hour processing time to have the item(s) ready. It is not uncommon to have the order ready sooner and we will email a confirmation when the package is in “Will-Call”.

 
What if something is wrong with my order?

 
     Mistakes, although rare, do happen. If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item please contact Game Nightz immediately and we will fix the problem.  Shortages or substitutions must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to be accepted.

 
What if my order is damaged in shipment?

 
     If your packaging is badly damaged, please do not open it. If you are signing for the order please have the Delivery Person note the damage on their paperwork. Contact Game Nightz and we will arrange for a pick up of the damaged container and a replacement to be shipped.
    
     If the shipping container is intact but items inside are damaged or missing pieces, contact Game Nightz for a replacement to be sent. It is sometimes necessary to contact the manufacturer if the sealed merchandise is missing parts or pieces, Game Nightz will make that determination to best satisfy our customers needs.

 
Who is responsible for lost shipments?

     After an order is determined to be missing or lost Game Nightz will initiate a claim to the shipper. Each company uses a different method to track and monitor their packages. Please refer to the appropriate documents at their websites to better understand that process.

 
May I cancel my Order?
 

     Orders can be canceled anytime before the delivery has been finalized.  If the cancellation is made before the item(s) ship Game Nightz will credit your account for the merchandise. If the order is en-route you may still cancel the order. Please contact us before it is delivered and refuse the package. Game Nightz will refund to you the cost of merchandise when it has returned to our control.  You will be liable for all shipping charges.

 
How do I return items to Game Nightz?

 
     We will accept returns back to us with the following limitations:

 
           7-day return policy – All returns must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

           Re-sellable condition – Items being returned must be in their original wrapper, packaging or       factory seal. Items not in said condition will be considered a resale to Game Nightz and you will be credited for it accordingly.

           Pranks, Tarot Decks, and Ouija Boards are not returnable (It’s Bad JuJu) – Game Nightz will get you in touch with the manufacturer if there is a parts problem.

           Clearance – These items are sold “as-is” and may not be returned for any reason. Game Nightz will clearly indicate to you before confirmation of any order that a particular item or items are in this category.

 
How do I sell my cards to Game Nightz?

 
     There are several easy ways to sell your cards to us: Go to our Buy List located on the Home Page and follow the prompts; Send us a letter detailing your collection to which we will respond with a detailed set of directions; or, email the particulars to merchant@gamenightz.com. Game Nightz buys collections of all sizes and a final offer will only be made when we have appraised the cards fully.  Once we have possession of the collection, it may take several days to process an offer. Game Nightz will use a method of your choosing to contact you with a final bid. If accepted, a check will be issued and sent within 24 hours of the offer being agreed upon.
